As the Crossroads of America Council recently announced its intent to sell Camp Krietenstein, we are moving forward on a path to acquiring it as a small, not for profit concern. At Save Camp Krietenstein, we believe in preserving the legacy of a place that has shaped generations of Scouts and community members. Nestled in the heart of nature, Camp Krietenstein is more than just a campsite—it's a place where lifelong memories are made, skills are honed, and the values of Scouting come to life.
We want to do what we can to ensure that Camp Krietenstein remains a vibrant and thriving sanctuary for future generations. With your support, we aim to maintain and enhance the camp's facilities, provide exceptional programming, and foster an environment where youth can grow, learn, and lead.
What We're Doing
We are launching a comprehensive capital campaign to raise funds for the preservation and improvement of Camp Krietenstein. This includes:
